About Me

Customer service manager, freelance motorsport photographer & web geek. Also passionate about social media, fitness, technology & cars. I'm also pretty sure I am the only Aussie living in Wellington.

You can find the social me at Twitter and Google+. Don't forget my other Posterous blogs: The adventures of me living in New Zealand & HTC Desire mobile photography blog. Yes, I am on Facebook, but I leave that for personal family and friends.

My motorsport photography can be found over on social racr, where I am leading the charge as a social motorsport photojournalist. My online motorsport persona (racrcraig) covers events via the blog and my motorsport Twitter and Facebook accounts. I've been lucky enough to officially photograph events like the Concours d'Elegance, Bathurst 12 hour, World Time Attack Challenge and Powercruise.

I enjoy being a known as a social motorsport commentator in Australia / New Zealand. If you're keen on motorsport and have a Twitter account you can follow me there, or you can keep up to date via my motorsport Facebook page. I'm also the organiser of motorsport tweetups at events I attend. It's great to bring people together with similar passions.

The "other me" is my day job - customer service manager for a global brand. I enjoy the role as it involves people, processes and challenges. I love understanding how things work and trying to stay on the leading edge of running a high performance team. My background in workplace training, technology and use of social media helps me find efficient and modern ways of getting things done and supporting customers.

Looking back, I have 15 years of experience delivering quality customer service. 10 years of workplace training & coaching. 8 years of high-end photography experience. 5 years of people management. 3 years of social media experience.

I can't wait to see what the future holds.
